🌺 Maha Shivratri Celebration at Ghoti Ashram 🌺
The sacred festival of Maha Shivaratri was celebrated with immense devotion and spiritual fervor at Ghoti Ashram. The entire Ashram resonated with chants of “Om Namah Shivaya” as devotees gathered to immerse themselves in divine vibrations and sacred rituals.
Divine Rituals Across the Four Prahars
The celebration began early in the morning with the initiation and worship of various deities in the temple, invoking their blessings before the commencement of the main Shivratri rituals.
Our revered Swamiji led the sacred pooja as the chief priest and spiritual guide. With deep devotion and adherence to tradition, he performed the rituals during all four pahar (four quarters of the night), offering milk, curd, and holy water to Lord Shiva as prescribed in the scriptures. Each Abhishekam was conducted with precision, devotion, and spiritual intensity, creating a profoundly uplifting atmosphere for all present.
The continuous chanting, offerings, and prayers throughout the night symbolized surrender, purification, and the awakening of inner consciousness.
Shreemaa’s Devotion and Service
Adding to the sanctity of the occasion, Shreemaa observed a complete fast for the welfare and well-being of all devotees. Her dedication and silent prayers reflected the true spirit of selfless devotion.
With immense love and care, she personally prepared Prasad for everyone, ensuring that each devotee partook in the blessed offering after the completion of the rituals. The distribution of Prasad was a beautiful moment of unity and grace, symbolizing divine blessings shared among all.

Murti Initiation Ceremony in the New Temple
