Kind Attention ALL – Need your URGENT HELP
We have completed a total of 6899 malas of Om Rām Rāmāya Namah as a group.
To meet our group goal of 25,000 malas we have to chant the remaining 18101 malas in 11 days Ie approximately 1646 malas per day
We have 72 participants, and this means we have each to do approx 23 malas per day.
A humble request that each of the participants, rise to the occasion and push with more energy and devotion; to try chant at least 23 malas each day and when possible do MORE!!!
Also a humble request of help from those that are not participating to jump in and kindly lend a hand – can you chant at least a few malas and help add to our group total? If so, you can post on our Global Devi Mandir Telegram Group or on our India Devi Mandir WhatsApp Group and let us know you are joining the sankalpā? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
Tell your friends! Tell your family!! Ask them to chant the name of Rām and contribute to the group total!
Come one, come all ! Lets sing the name of Rām.

DATE – MARCH 12 2025
JAI MAA ! JAI SRIRĀM !
Chaitra Navarātri is just around the corner, and Swamiji has given us a group sankalpā for Rām Navami.
It is to chant the mantra Om Rām Rāmāya Namah starting from March 14th 2025 until April 6th 2025 (Rām Navami). The target is 25,000 mālās as a group, which is 25,000 x 108 repetitions of the mantra. With the grace our Gurus, let us meet and exceed the goal!
Here is a clip of beloved Swamiji chanting the mantra :
Are you in? Would you like to join in for chanting mālās of “Om Rām Rāmāya Namah” starting Mar 14th?
If so, you can post on our Global Devi Mandir Telegram Group or on our India Devi Mandir WhatsApp Group and let us know you are joining the sankalpā.
Alternatively you can also confirm your participation via email to ch************@ya***.com.
Please provide your name and also country where located.
Here is a short Q&A regarding the sankalpa:
Q1 – While chanting the mantra, should I sit on an āsanā, or is it ok to sit on a chair?
A1- You can do mantra japā while in an āsanā AND also while doing normal everyday tasks ie without an āsanā
Q2- Are there any rules to follow while doing the Japā, like taking a bath before starting the practice.
A2- There are no specific rules. Just do it
Q3 – Is there a minimum number of mālās that I should chant as an individual?
A2 – You can chant as many or as few mālās as you want. Obviously the more the better towards reaching our group target, and more importantly for your own bhāvā during this auspicious time.
Q4- How to do I report the number of mālās I chanted?
A4 – You can reply to the message that Nanda Maa posts on the either the Global Telegram group of the India WhatsApp Group. She will request your counts once or twice a week and you can respond with the total number you have chanted from the beginning of the sankalpa until the point you report.
Have more questions regarding this sankalpā? Just post in any one of the groups, or to the email mentioned above, and we will respond.
Here is a list of participants and their total number of malas chanted as of March 28 2025 4:00 PM IST. As a group we have chanted 8271 malas so far!
