Swami Satyananda Saraswati shares with us specific techniques we can use to enhance our puja worship. Though puja stems from Hindu spirituality, we can incorporate this form of worship into any spiritual or religious sadhana (practice).
“Pu” means merit. “Ja” means to give birth. Therefore, “Puja” means, that which gives birth to the highest merit; which is ultimately the privilege to sit in the presence of the Divine.
