We are a non-profit operation with minimal crew.  We strive to process and ship new orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them, as we have most of our books in our current inventory.  Recently we have collaborated with a Print-On-Demand Service for a few of our publications which are exhausted in our physical inventory.  So these few books are shipped directly to our customers by our Print-On -Demand Service, and they generally take a little longer to reach the customer.

To ensure successful transit,  most of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number for domestic orders,  or a US Customs number for international shipping.  Please allow a reasonable time to receive your package. It may take 10 to 14 business days.

Any problems related to delayed, lost orders, or damaged books should be reported on our contact page https://www.shreemaa.org/contact/ within three weeks of your purchase. All problems will be addressed by the bookstore staff to your satisfaction.
