Purifying austerities
Purity
Renunciation of Desires
Appropriate contemplations
Control of the mind
Harming none
Sacred studies
Renunciation
Recitation of the name of God whenever possible
Simplicity
Serving the messengers of God
Serving the great ones
Slowly renouncing the activities of desire
Performing your work without attachment to the fruits
Refraining from unnecessary talk
Remembering your own soul, reduce the thoughts of the body
Give to others without hesitation
Share wisdom and consciousness with all other beings
Remember the name of God
Sing the name of God
Serve those who sing the name of God
Worship the name of God
Bow with respect to the name of God
Serve the name of God
Become friends with the name of God
Surrender your soul to the name of God

These thirty duties are incumbent upon mankind. In fulfilling these righteous activities the individual soul and the Supreme Soul are satisfied.
