As we prepare for Christmas, and the arrival of Jesus, our beloved Shree Maa has given a special sankalpa: to recite the mantra, “I am in the Father and the Father is in me.”

This mantra was derived from proclamations found in the Bible, which essentially express the realization that “I am one with God!”

The “Father” refers to Universal Christ Consciousness, which is in existence everywhere! There is nowhere we can go where this Universal Consciousness is not. Realizing this, we come to understand that each individual is in the Father. Indeed, everything in creation is in the Father and of the Father!

In addition, every manifested form in creation is a container that holds this Universal Consciousness. Every individual is a vessel for Christ Consciousness. This is what is meant by, “The Father is in me.” Realizing that we are not only in the Father, but also that the Father dwells in the vessel of our hearts, we come to understand and live the Truth that we are all one with God!
