Do Gurus see the faults of the disciples when they come to their shelter? What pre-requisites does a guru require in a student? Do they offer guidance to the saint & sinner alike?
Can anyone come to the Gurus basically? Sometimes I feel, not enough, why do they still keep shining their grace on me?
Gurus are not looking for faults. I believe that Gurus are so focused on their love for God and Sadhana, that they become examples of what other people want to become. Disciples make Gurus. Gurus do not make disciples.
Grace is Kripa, which means we will receive the fruit of our karma. That is the Grace: what we do is what we get. Cast aside all feelings of “Not being worthy.” You will receive the fruit of your karma.
Sri Ramakrishna, the Parama Guru of our lineage, proclaimed, “Jatho Math, Tatho Path.” This means that as many as there are individuals proceeding, so many are the paths to God.
